I experienced burnout early in my career, during my first job after residency. Being accepted into the AAFP Leading Physician Wellbeing program was a turning point. Through that experience, I learned how to set healthy boundaries, advocate for wellbeing within my teams, and rebuild a career that aligned with my values and my life.
🩺 What Our Coaching Journey Looks Like: Over 12 sessions, we will work together to create an individualized plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. • Session 1 (60 minutes): A deep dive into your current challenges, stressors, and aspirations. Together, we’ll map out a personalized plan for your wellbeing and professional satisfaction. • Sessions 2–12 (60 minutes each): Focused follow‑ups to support your progress, refine your goals, and hold you accountable as you make meaningful, sustainable changes.
