We’ll take a deep dive into each pillar and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and challenges.
⏱️ Session Structure • Initial Session (60 minutes): In‑depth history, goal setting, and creation of your personalized lifestyle treatment prescription. • 11 Follow‑Up Sessions (30 minutes each): Ongoing accountability, progress evaluation, and continued support as you implement lifestyle changes.

I can also provide education about your current medications and help you prepare to discuss safe adjustments with your primary physician.
